| I have been interested in real estate since I was a small child. What started as a fascination with land and the various structures that one can build and purchase grew into an interest to learn more about the cyclical nature of property values and the housing market. Due to this enthusiasm, it was a natural progression for me to enroll in the Sauder School of Business at UBC and build a career in real estate.
I am a hard working and enthusiastic person who is results oriented. Priority one is that I listen to my client’s desires, concerns, and needs to ensure that the decision made is the one best suited to their unique situation. Buying or selling a home can be an emotional and complicated process, so I work relentlessly to make the experience as comfortable and stress free as possible. My goal is to create lasting relationships with my clients and to become the professional they like to turn to for their buying, selling and/or general homeowner information needs.
Besides real estate, my other great passion is music. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from Capilano College and have been performing as a jazz saxophonist in the Vancouver area for several years. I currently am a member of the North Shore Concert Band as well as acting president of their board. Our community and the arts are very important to me which is why I work with several local organizations to compile and distribute a detailed community events calendar.
I met my wife at Capilano College and along with our daughter we continue to call the North Shore home. We enjoy spending time together exploring the outdoors. On a warm spring or summer evening you may catch us out in our homemade cedar-stripped kayaks.
